After-sales Terms:

  1. Scope of Application

These after-sales terms specifically apply to mini PC products manufactured or sold by Shenzhen Meigao Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd., ensuring that all users who purchase these products can enjoy unified and standardized after-sales services.   

 

  1. Warranty Period

Starting from the date when the user purchases the mini PC, the product enjoys a 2-year joint warranty service. Depending on the country where the product was purchased, as long as the product is still within the warranty period, the corresponding warranty service can be enjoyed.

 

  1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty service covers hardware failures caused by manufacturing defects or material problems. However, it does not cover damages caused by improper use by users, man-made damages (such as dropping, squeezing), improper installation (such as not following the instruction manual), natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes), or third-party factors (such as unauthorized repairs).

 

  1. Warranty Voucher

In order to enjoy the warranty service, users need to provide valid purchase vouchers, such as invoices, receipts, or electronic order numbers, as well as warranty cards. These vouchers are the key documents to prove the purchase time and the source of the product.

 

  1. Repair Service

During the warranty period, if the mini PC has a failure within the scope of the warranty, the company will provide free hardware repair or replacement services. The repair service may include replacing damaged parts, fixing faults, or making necessary adjustments. After receiving the customer's feedback, feedback will be given within 24 working hours, including but not limited to via email, instant messaging, telephone, etc., and corresponding remote services will be provided. If the remote service cannot solve the problem, the product can be sent to the repair service points (there are currently official cooperation repair points of Meigao in China, the United States, Europe, and Japan. Except for major issues such as motherboard repair, the after-sales department will solve the problem and send the product back within 15 working days.

 

  1. Repair Period

Once the company receives the faulty product, it will conduct diagnosis and repair as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, the repair service will be completed within 15 working days. If it is determined to be a motherboard problem, the repair time may be extended.

 

  1. Return and Exchange Policy

Within 30 natural days after the user receives the Meigao product, if there is a non-man-made quality problem with the product or the product has not been opened, the user can apply for a
